At Shajam Leather Wear, we take pride in crafting premium-quality leather jackets and wallets. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help under the following conditions:

• Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Returns and exchanges will be processed within 3–5 working days after we receive the product.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable on return or exchange orders.

• For exchange orders, customers will bear the delivery charges.

• Customized or personalized items (such as size alterations, name embossing, or special designs) cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Orders above Rs. 10,000 are non-refundable, but can be exchanged once.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the delivery charges for the return or exchange.
