REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Shajam Leather Wear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist you with a return or exchange under the following terms:
We accept returns or exchanges for any product you are not satisfied with.
Requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Return or exchange requests are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive the product.
Delivery charges are non-refundable on return or exchange orders.
Customers are responsible for the delivery charges on exchange orders.
Customized or personalized products (including name embossing, size adjustments, or made-to-order jackets/wallets) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Orders above Rs. 10,000 are non-refundable but can be exchanged once.
In case of damage, defect, or incorrect product, we will bear the delivery charges for return or exchange.
